She helped us sell our home in Vallejo, CA and was by our side every step of the way. She always answers every email or call no matter what time of day or night. Her professionalism, knowledge, hard work and honesty were much respected and appreciated!
Claudia made the selling process go extremely smoothly. She took a video showcasing the home, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. We could not have been happier with all of the networking and time that she put in to selling our home.

Within our profession, it's not all the time that we have the opportunity to assist our family members with their forever homes. In this instance, I needed to assist my father with a relocation from the San Francisco Bay Area to a single family home back East. Claudia was the only REALTOR that I knew would take care of my father as I would myself. Not only was she knowledgeable about weekly market conditions specific to his neighborhood, she was also great at her attention to detail. She had consistent communication with the REALTOR back East as well as myself. She also broke down the entire process in such a way that it made the move as smooth and seamless as possible. She even popped by a few times to bring lunch from local eateries while they were packing up the house for the big move! Given the opportunity, I would work with Claudia again in an instant!

We just moved from Seattle to the Bay Area to our new home! Working with Claudia has been the highlight of our year in buying this house: she is patient, engaging, helpful, compassionate, highly organized, a terrific communicator, follows up on every question, highly knowledgeable about the market, a connector and networker, and much more. She even helped us strategize future plans re. finances, ADUs, etc! Claudia came highly recommended by our Seattle realtor, that's how impressive and well-known she is. She helped us close on time (within 8 days!) and with no issues. We are so grateful for Claudia. Everyone should have the experience of buying a home in the Bay Area with her!
