Actually I wouldn't even give it one star , for one Blanca is a liar and second they said they would deliver my sectional that has already been paid for today and found every excuse as to y they couldn't ...ugh! Also Maria and burt the two employees that work their are very rude and lazy .. their are two ppl working and yet Blanca the store manager is the one saying that she could deliver it today if me or my partner helped to unload and yet they can't now bcuz not enough ppl to help or that they need to reschedule and yet I had to call them to get this told to me and I will never go back to that store ever...

They gave my friend a bed frame with bedbugs and refused to take accountability for it and refuse to offer any type of compensation. Horrible customer service.
