I had my oil changed. The service was good and thorough, and there were snacks and coloring books and toys to keep my kiddo occupied while we waited a little over an hour. It was a bit chilly in the waiting area unless you were right by the fireplace, so dress accordingly, or just enjoy the coffee or tea.

Shout out to the Repair Revolution crew. It’s difficult to find mechanics qualified and who want to work on a ‘79 GMC truck. Their team provides excellent customer service, totally pro mechanic work, with clear and written communication including photos.

Eli, Nell, and Carmin were clear, patient, and helpful. I feel like I know what is going on with my car now and I have never been more at ease about paying for services and repairs. I 100% trust these mechanics to have my best interest in mind even if that means spending less money today and learning how to do some of the work myself. Repair Revolution is run by women and queer people, the most frequently ripped off demographics, and I know I'm not being taken advantage of.
