My spouse needed a new business suit and waited until a week prior to his meeting to get one! We went into Rex Cox and Jake greeted us politely as he finished with a young couple who arrived before us. When available, Jake walked us through several options in terms of fabrics, suit packages or singular items to pair up to build our own look. He was very polite and respectful ! Always ensured he was welcome to take measurements where need be! We were probably in and out of the shop within a hour, happy with our purchase (spouse was looking damn good !). Some alternations needed to be made so we left the suit in their capable hands and within a couple days, well within our time restraint, they let us know it was ready to be picked up. We tried on the suit one more time during pick up before leaving the shop to make sure everything was altered as expected! It is an amazing fit and looks fantastic! Thank you Jake and team for getting this suit ready in time for us!

Rosie was fantastic - most friendly, prompt customer service I've ever encountered. To boot, she accelerated a tailoring for a pair of pants that I needed the next day. Would recommend without question!

Went into Rex Cox a to by a suit for my upcoming wedding. I was helped by Jacobus who was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. He asked me some questions some of which I never would have thought as being important to buying a suit for a specific occasion, all while juggling multiple customers on a busy Saturday. 100% would recommend to friends!
