Traveled from Arizona to Cali. Stopped here for dinner. Why was everything. Looked like it was precooked. They ran out of sour cream for the hard undercooked bake potato. They they ran out of ranch for my kids fries. Ribs were dried. The sides were not hot. Mac and cheese barely warm and mashed potatoes and garlic was made with no love. All the food seemed to be just re heated and the only thing that was made fresh was my son’s grilled cheese. Sad. Even the corn bread was made some time ago and was hard.

Got there at 7:15 when they close at 8. We called ahead to see if it would be an issue--and they said not a problem--as long as we have food we can serve you. But the service was lacking and practically non-existent. Our waitress was constantly MIA. The tri-trip was dry and over cooked--hot links were good. Sides were average. This place had nice ambiance, but it was so overpriced. Also, they brought out the appetizer at the same time as dinner which resulted in cold food. The appetizer was missing sour cream, but no one was around for the longest time for us to say anything. We asked for a box and a lid for one of the sides, and they brought us a broken box and no lid. All around disappointing experience.
