I am so disappointed in the flowers just sent to my mother. Looks not even close to the picture! How do you go from pink pastel and light green colors to dark purple and bright yellow and white colors. And they weren't cheap! So ugly! Won't choose you again!

Ordered a last minute anniversary arrangement for a dinner at Zephyrs and they came out amazing. Their customer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond and had the arrangement delivered for me. Will be back.

I came in on valentines day and they had 3 individual roses available. They were nice and said this is all we have, but I feel that this is embarrassing for a flower shop on the biggest day of the year for most. Sorry if they make great arrangements during the year which I don't know, but this is the super bowl of a florist shop. Perhaps let it be known that that you don't do walk ins. Sorry for any negative feedback. This is just my own personal experience. I ended up going to Brentwood Florist and had a great experience. My stop before this was Passion Florist and their store front doesn't even exist so there is some frustration with trying to find a shop in Brentwood.
