I was initially promised a quicker than anticipated turnaround to recondition/repair my trumpet by an employee. Understandably, they were backed up with repairs at the beginning of the school year. Greg went above and beyond for us to ensure my son did not miss out on any more time learning how to begin to play the trumpet. If we need anything more in the future there’s no one else I would go to! They do all of the repairs in house which I can appreciate as well!

Great local music store. I was able to find a capo, picks and a new case for my guitar. Great atmosphere.

I called a week ago to ask about some bajo quinto guitar strings and Greg absolutely went out of his way to get them ordered for me, since no other music store had them he called me several times but with my phone being messed up I was able hear one of the messages that stated he had them in so I rushed over to get them. Greg was very professional and very knowledgeable about his profession and I can respect that very nice gentleman. Thanks again Greg for your help and service 👍
