Rite Aid is my trusted pharmacy. I've been frequenting this location for several years. They have professional, polite, and personable employees. This place is clean, well organized and stocked. Prescription prices are reasonable. They are observing safety practices against Covid-19. Masks are worn and safety dividers are in place. Hand sanitizer is available. Social distancing is designated in appropriate locations. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance. The parking lot is clean and has ample parking. You don't have to go in to pick up prescriptions, you can go through their drive through. Don't forget to enter your rewards number so you can earn points to use for your purchases to get a discount. I did and I saved a couple dollars on my prescription purchase. This will continue to be my trusted pharmacy.

Sold me a gift card that had no money on it. When I went to return the manager told me no returns and to deal with credit card company. Credit card company wouldn't reimburse because they messed up when scanning the card at the register. So even with receipt and returning immediately, rite aid said tough luck and I lost $40. Not going back.

My son and I went in to get some ice cream and they were sold out so I asked for them to get me some from the back bc I could see my flavors I wanted. There was am employee her name was Ana. She was so kind and helpful. This rite aid is pretty awesome.
