Rite Aid is a great store and great location. Easy to find what i was looking for. Neat and organized and most important thing is employees are very pleasant and smiling. Thank you for being there for us.

I don’t know what is going on with the Pharmacy Rite Aid on Glendale Bl., but they never seem to have my medication. They also put you on hold for 15 or more minutes only to come back to the phone and tell you that they need to go check if they have your medication. What !!! I thought that is what they were doing. I don't know how long it takes to see if they have your medicine but 9 minutes more and nothing so I hung up. I’ve been trying to get this medication for over a week, honestly so I need to go to another pharmacy. I’m done with their lousy customer service. Seems that since Covid nobody cares about customer service anymore and that’s everywhere.

Pharmacist doesn't work okay. They a line that you need to stand and wait for your term, But I think they need to place bed to sleep and wait for their term.

I'm waiting more than hour to get to pharmacist.

Waiting on the line is almost american culture, but if this is for sick people? I don't think so it is good idea.

Hopefully someone will read this and work on it.
