Employee couldnt handle a simple 50 cent off coupon. Store had no bags so they made some elderly lady put all the stuff into her cart (with a big pole to prevent from leaving) and told her to transitiin to another cart. How about you just give the old women the right cart the first time instead of putting her through that. Some large hairy faced manager with no name tag came out for an override and did nothing about either situation. Left all my stuff on the counter because they couldnt handle basic customer service.
