I want to caution everyone going to/driving by the Amazon station. The delivery drivers drive at high speeds going and leaving the station. My car was struck recently by one of their employees as he was leaving the lot. To make matters worse, he refused to exchange insurance info/contact info which I was later able to obtain from law enforcement. Please be careful when driving past the station as their delivery drivers regularly speed without any consideration for the safety of other drivers. The employee who struck me is Christian Donaldson. He should not be serving as a driver.

Horrible experience. HPL Logistics was the worst. I will never reapply. Vans were unsafe to drive. Impossible expectations. Please do not apply for HPL.

I like this facility it's a little bit hard to navigate around. but with that being said once you know where you have to go all the time it's easy to just do your returns right here May scan it in they check it in right away and it automatically updates. They have a locker box here which is kind of cool but don't order really big items cuz they won't fit in the locker box you'll have to talk to the person at the window. But it's easier than driving all the way towards the mall towards Kohl's to do a return.
