I ordered a hoodie and shirt through them printed for another company who outsources their merch to Rock World and the hoodie was not as described on the website. It was a completely different, lower quality hoodie, with a different fit, and the print also was not properly centered on either garment. Rock World is advertising the hoodies as 100% cotton and have gone as far as printing that on the garment, but this hoodie is clearly not 100% cotton, prompting me to research it via the manufacturer: the hoodie is actually a 55% cotton/45% polyester blend french terry, which is an uncomfortable material, thin material. This hoodie is thinner than any other hoodie I own. The hoodie also arrived with thumbholes in the sleeves, although the description and photos on the Rock World merch page did not mention or show thumbholes. The Rock World website boasts “satisfaction guaranteed“ but on the merch page they are clear to list that “There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on wearable merch.” They also have a minimum shipping charge of more than $10. The shirt I purchased was out of stock in my size for three months that I know of and when I twice inquired via email, I received no response indicating when the shirt would be in-stock.
My experience has been that Rock World is a very unprofessional company who not only employs the frowned upon bait-and-switch sales tactic, but also doesn’t take the time to properly center their garments prior to printing or, at the very least, offer exchanges to correct the issues.
