*611 was not able to find this location and I have been waiting a month for my phone. One phone has completely disappeared and they had to cancel my upgrade. *611 said there is a chance I may not get the phone at the same deal on the phone despite them losing the phone. I have spent over four hours on the phone to no avail. I have been with Rogers for over fifteen years and I am very disappointed with how this has gone. The workers at this location are excellent, these issues have nothing to do with them.

The staff at the Mount Lehman Rogers store in Abbotsford are the BEST! They helped me through an attempted phone scam on my account & they made a very scary thing like that a minor bump in the road & restored everything & then hooked me up with my new phone. They were ALL WONDERFUL about everything & I will mention them all by first name Sukhpreet, Lovejit, Ravi & Gotam…I was so impressed with the service here‼️ They will be my go to Rogers store from here on in! ❤️❤️❤️
