We went to Ron’s for years, but they were recently bought out. Since then, new owners take no accountability for mistakes, gave my son’s team all the wrong gear, and when we tried to get refunds or new items, they were helpful at all. We’ll be going to Greg’s or looking online for a new vendor.

My son’s baseball team put in an order for new uniforms 2 months ago. We only have 6 more games left in the season and they are still no where close to being done. We have been given many excuses as to why but are getting told different ones every week. Instead of them offering alternatives or solutions or at least letting us know what we ordered was out of their reach, they are refusing to give us a refund ($100 per uniform) or a discount for the issue. We have 3 new players that are still wearing white T-shirts on the field when we ordered before the season even started!

If you ever want to get any embroidery done, please please please save your time and go somewhere better. I took an item of mine to get customed since FEBRUARY- I checked in to see if there was any progress done, and they STILL have not even begun the embroidery….. and it’s been over a month; I was told it would be done around 4weeks… anyways, I highly recommend “Fast Stitch” and they are more friendly and respectful!
