I had some missing shingles from an earlier storm and contacted Mark at Premier. He came on our scheduled appointment as looked at my issues. The next morning his installer was there with matching shingles and repaired my roof. I appreciate the quick response.

When my husband and I bought our first home our home inspection revealed that our house had a broken rafter. After having premiere roofing contractors come out for a free quote we discovered the roof of the home we’d purchased was in much worse shape than our home inspector lead us to believe. Our entire roof, structure, truss, beams, you name it needed to be completely replaced. Premier made it super easy for us referring us to a great structural engineer to draw up plans for a completely new roof. Premier worked with us about financing options and gave us huge peace of mind knowing that we have a safe roof over our heads. They were professional, and kept an open line of communication with us. We felt like they looked out for our best interest and took customer service to a whole new level. Premier came to our house early and stayed late to ensure our roof would be completed in a timely manner and before there was rain in the forecast. We were beyond impressed that it was only 3 days start to finish. When they were done they sent multiple crews out to sweep through our yard and make sure that the tiniest of scraps was picked up. As dog owners we especially appreciated this gesture. A week after the roof was done they called and checked in just to make sure we were happy with the final results. We couldn’t be happier with premier roofing contractors and we can’t wait to bring our son home from the hospital into our first home. Knowing that our roof is safe and is built right puts our first time parent minds at ease. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Premier!

I had a total roof replacement done by Premier in 2009. In the past couple of years, there has been an issue with rain water running behind my gutters on the East edge of my roof. I knew that the Workmanship guarantee for the roofing job had run out long ago, but I called Premier to ask if they could come take a look, to give me guidance as to how to fix the problem, and how much it would cost. Mark, the owner, came out and looked it over. He explained what the problem was and said that there appeared to be a fault in the installation. He left, saying he'd get back to me on a fix for the problem. Again, I knew there was no guarantee remaining, and I was just hoping he'd cut me some kind of break on the cost of the repair. Then, one morning, a worker showed up at my house to fix my roof. He worked all day doing the repair, and it was done AT NO CHARGE. Since then, there have been a few heavy downpours, and the repair has completely eliminated the problem. My thanks to Mark, and to Premier. This was a level of Customer Service I was never expecting!
