Several years ago this pharmacy was top notch. I have not been impressed in the last several years. They must have lost their quality people. Today my wife had an encounter with Brian....who said flat out that her prescription had never been called in. She had spoken to the pharmacy on monday and they said that the prescription had been called in. We have the pharmacy in our contacts list so it wasnt a matter of calling the wrong Rosauers. Had Brian been willing to investigate the situation and not say it never happened that would have been fine. We asked our Dr. To suggest another pharmacy.
Brian who works in the pharmacy answered my phone call today and was very rude. I dont think I've ever experienced someone so rude. I was just very simply asking questions and he acted like I was putting him out when its his job to answer questions we have about medications and refills. He was huffing and puffing with each question i asked because "he just walked thru the door and already had 10 people in front of him". When I attempted to thank him for his time he simply just hung up the phone. I would have appreciated some nicer remarks instead of him being so condescending. If he hates his job so much maybe he should look into a different career.
