My experience with Dr. Rosemary Reyes was frustrating. I scheduled my appointment for August after being told to wait from June, but they canceled it the day before. The staff member who called was rude and unapologetic.
They offered only two choices: reschedule for October or take a chance with a walk-in visit, no assurance of seeing the doctor. It's clear they don't value patients' time or well-being. I strongly advise against choosing this doctor.
The lack of options and unhelpful staff left me disappointed. Seeking medical care should not be this difficult. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
