Ross is great! Always nice employees and great deals and good with returns. The dressing rooms, especially with the Ross on the south side, are not always great at being open all the time (except for the makeshift one at the front of store that always smells badly like feet) so it’s hard to try on clothes sometimes! But Ross overall is great and most of my clothes are from there.

Shopping here because I’m relocating from California and wasn’t familiar with any stores seen this Ross and by far best customer service great items clean and a lot to choose from nothing like California the women at the cashier were all lovely polite and great customer service I went in from dec 22-26 and cashed out at least 500-800 each visit ! Never shopped or spent that much at any Ross in my life but this was well worth it and found great items for my new home in bend ! Thank you all keep up the great work

The employees have been surprisingly nice for a box store. The clothes are not always the best quality but the selection is pretty good and they have some good home goods too. Great prices.
