Went to shop on a Wednesday afternoon which is not busy at all. There were only few people (4 to be exact) in front of me at the checkout line. There were two cashiers. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier gave me a disgusted look and told me to remove the hangers. She instructed me to lay all the clothes on the counter and remove the hangers. I told her that I didn’t know I have to remove them and asked her if it’s a new store policy or she was asking me to do her a favor by removing the hangers for her. If it is the policy then I will comply. Or if she asked me nicely, I’ll do it for her. No big deal. I didn’t even see anything posted at the counter to remove the hangers before checking out. But the way she acted, I feel slighted. She must be tired but it wasn’t a busy day. I can count how many customers were at the store. She doesn’t deserve to be in this business which require people interaction. I love Ross, please hire people that care about customers.

Nice spot if you want to enjoy shopping without the crowd in other cities.
Stock is decent and things are kept quite clean.
Never enough employees to checkout or return. Bathroom is super gross, but decent to take a quick pee, just don't expect to sit down. Lol.
Great selection of baby clothes and home merchandise .

Came in for a quick return and found out there is now only one line for returns & purchases. I waited in line for about 20 mins. When I was able to return the cashier told me I could not get $9.15 back in cash. This is the first time I was denied cash back under $20. I would’ve used it toward a purchase however, the item I grabbed did not have a price so they wanted to charge me more than what it would normally be because they couldn’t find a similar item. Needless to say I will be choosing a different location next time.
