Chill vibes. Clean studio. Parking is TOUGH so give yourself ample time before class starts. Luckily my friend and I were allow to join the class 5 mins into it already starting.

As a new student to yoga, the Green Yogi has been spectacular to me. The staff are extremely friendly and there is an amazing range of teachers and classes. Every teacher encourages you to move at your own pace and yet I still learn something new everyday. I started with relaxing Yin and worked my way up to Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa, all which have freed me from my daily aches of a desk job. I have dug deeper into my consciousness with their mediation classes and learned better to breathe and live in the moment. After Vinyasa & Yin B2B Wednesday night I get the best sleep all week.

I’m not from the area, but maintain a regular practice when I travel. I happened upon this studio by chance. I have practiced all over the world; and this studio is among the best for vinyasa. Why: because the teacher comported herself with humble confidence, included a spiritual element in the practice, and didn't rush savasana. All important elements often neglected in other teachers and studios - especially in America.
