I just recently joined the rowdy family short term while in Seattle for an externship. I joined for the boxing portion but the HIIT is great too. The instructors make me feel strong and encouraged during the workouts. I love my 6:15am class. Front desk is friendly, management has shown kindness to me. I will be recommending to friends and family and if I am ever back in Seattle will be stopping by.

I LOVE IT! The sessions are amazing, the music, energy from the instructors and the environment too!! I’ve always been intimidated by boxing but Rowdy crew, along with an amazing workout format consisting of boxing and strength rounds are super friendly, energetic and welcoming, not to forget the super helpful staff, a workout session at RowdyBox is always fun!

This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to (and I've been to tons). The staff and coaches are invested in each person getting the most out of their workout and having the best time doing it. They take time to make sure you know what is going to happen before your first class and they pump you up as you go. All body types and abilities are welcome and accepted (I have a bigger body and I was super nervous but I had nothing to worry about). Seriously, do yourself a favor and show up for a class. I promise, you won't want to stop showing up.
