I called R&S about a gate problem and the were at my property within 30 minutes. Their service tech. Chuck went right to work and diagnosed the problem right away. Chuck had the gate operational in no time at all, R&S will be doing maintenance on this property every 3 mos now because of their promp service and professionalism. Their tech. Chuck is very Friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional. I cannot thank Chuck and R&S enough 5 star rating. Thank you R&S

Rick came by today, right when expected. He went over the whole operator on my gate, adjusted things, leveled it, and put it back to working order. He was professional, documented his work and completed the job in an efficient manner. I would definitely use R & S Tri-County again.

Thank you R&S ! R&S arrived on time, kept me informed of ETA . Rick and Jacob were very professional and polite. They were able to fix the issue on spot, I didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. I appreciate the fast response for the urgency of my automated gate to be working that day.
