the bottom review for a true review of this company I originally gave a 5 start after my first time dealing with them and the first section was my review at that time my feeling have changed on this company big time after mishap after mishap with them and their service.
this company is the easiest company and most helpful company I have ever dealt with. I'm a new pool owner and I will never go anywhere else for pool help and services. They walk you through steps that need to be taken with the pool as well as respond quickly on anything I need. I have had them out 3 times now and its been the most smooth process each time. I'm in the customer services industry as well and am hard to please at times but they are amazing!! Thank you S & S pool & Supplies for all your help!
I really try to give good reviews to companies I Left this original review above when we first moved in 3 years ago since this review was left we have had mostly bad service from this company. They are super polite when you go into the store to buy chemicals but besides that the service and work has not been up to par. Last year when I tried to get them to close the pool they informed me that they were only going to close pools for “loyal” customers who bought all their pool supplies from them. I sometimes buy pool supplies other places in bulk when I can find it because S and S prices are double from other suppliers. But I still bought about a quarter to half my supplies from them for the year. They ended up closing the pool after I pleaded with them to do it but it was a hassle. The following year I tried to get them to open the pool they never showed up by the time they said they would so I ended up doing it myself. This year we have been told since august that we were on their closing list. My wife and I both have called or stopped in about once a month since then to double check that we were still on the list and they said each time we are behind but we will get to you. I finally called today to be told we are not closing pools anymore never once did I get a phone call to tell me they would not be doing our pool. So we are left stranded here in November with freezing temps right around the corner trying to find another company to come do it. I try to support local companies but will not be doing business with this company anymore between opening closing and chemicals I know we spend close to $1500 if not more a year with s and s and we also need a new pool liner which they also never got around to doing last year when we asked. May not be a lot of money for this company but if they continue to treat their customers like this they won’t have any customers left. Really disappointed in how this company has changed since we started doing business with them.
