they dont take messages, they dont take calls, they wont return transfer faxes, they dont care about you.
this chemist is criminally managed and an active threat to you if you need medicine. Avoid at all costs
After several days, my children’s on-island pediatric practice called me and asked if they could please send the prescriptions somewhere else since Safeway pharmacy was giving them such a hard time about filling them.
I filled them at Rite Aid instead.
Two stars only because they take GoodRx.
Unsure why more staff can’t be hired here to help with workload and stay open during lunch.
I’m really having a hard time trying to give Safeway my money.
This pharmacy's staff is the worst I have ever come across, they do not refill the prescriptions but they send you a text saying that the prescription is ready, they do not answer the phone or respond to voicemails, and routinely lie about not getting the prescriptions from the Doctor's office. Walgreens in BI has far superior customer service and they always have the meds in time, no excuses.
