This is my neighborhood grocery store and I really like the way I am treated by the staff. I also suggest you look at the managers specials for meats, and the clearance spot for meats. I have gotten 10 fat chicken drumsticks for $2.50 and thick cut Ribeye steaks for $5.00. the only catch is you have to use them right away. They have in-store Starbucks and all the deli and bakery items you are use to. The Club Card saving can be significant and are real. Safeway gas on other side of 5th Ave. directly across from the store.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The check stand was open and the checker was friendly, I like being help by real people.

Went here at 9 pm I had to use the restroom before I went shopping but employee told me they lock and closed down bathrooms at 8. This is wrong for a business to do this. I will never shop here again. I will go to the other 4 Safeways in Yakima who don’t close bathrooms. Store was not stocked as much as the other stores.
