I have shopped at this place for quite a while. They are generally friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes ask about new brands, and they are always informative. On my most recent visit I was pleased to see that they were enforcing masks and social distancing. I was very comfortable shopping there.

This place of business is fabulous well the products are fabulous but sadly it’s surrounded by trash. The location sucks. A bunch of homeless people pan handling out side and is located by crack corner. A high traffic corner where people sell drugs and also consume them. I won’t take my kids here because of the people that hang out outside of the store.
The business itself is small. It’s needs to be in a bigger building. The staff is somewhat nice. And might know what they are talking about but they were too busy I’m watching me. Stocking. This was many months ago but still rude customer service. I won’t be returning and won’t give it a star but I have to. So one star for cracked out Sally’s.

The sales associate was helpful. She helped me when I asked. She wasn't pushy. I noticed her helping another couple find what they were looking for and offering suggestions. I was happy for the discount I received that came in my email. Also received another discount because I renewed my $5 membership. Plus I have a 60 day return policy.
