Both Mynor and Dillon were amazing. I had a family member let them in since I couldn't be home. Both days, when I came home from work, you would have never known anyone had been in the house (aside from a new furnace). They took the time to make sure they left the house clean and tidy.

Jacqueline Green is probably the best technician that has ever come out to my house for any type of service. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She kept me informed every step of the way of what she was doing, and when she was in the attic, she took pictures and video to show me what was going on. She did not give up on what was extremely difficult AC issue and I’m so appreciative of her and next service for taking care of me from the minute. I called to make an appointment to everyone getting on the phone and trying to figure this out. The service and the quality of the work Was excellent and I am beyond words of appreciation

Travis came out and was very courteous, knowledgeable and was ready to get busy with snaking our sewer. This was NOT one of the easier snaking jobs either and did not get it cleared the first go around being at the end of the day calls. So Same Day did not charge me and sent 2 guys out the next morning with a bigger machine. 1 hour was done and they only charged me for the initial visit. Travis was great and Jason my contact in the office was also great because they are a great company and would whole heartedly recommend them to Family, friends and my electrical clients.
