Dr. Lee & his Medical Assistant, Natalie, have provided me with excellent care before, during, & after my sinus surgery. I have been impressed with how organized the entire Bellevue ENT team is. Although the surgery itself went well, the post-operative process has been extensive and involved; however, Dr. Lee & his team helped guide me along the way and helped me feel cared for and supported.
The only sub-optimal part of this process was with one of the ENT group’s PA’s for a post-op follow-up appt. There was no greeting, she simply barged in the room and started grabbing tools from the side table. I had to ask and re-confirm who she was and her title. The entire interaction was harsh & cold; whenever I asked a question, she made me feel like I was bothering her for asking. As a healthcare provider myself, I know not to waste time asking questions that were covered within the previous educational pieces that were given out. I think it is important to note that although some patients may work in the healthcare sector—they may not work or be specialized in the ENT specialty.
With the exception of the interaction mentioned above, the rest of the group has provided me with stellar care.
