I have seen Dr. Shiley only for couple of months but totally blown away with his professionalism and personal attention to his patients. I had a sever sinus infection which he treated so well that I never felt better. He called me several times at home to make sure I was doing fine...I have never had any doctor calling me directly to check up on me to see how I am doing so many times. I would stick to him for life unless I move from this area!
Update: I have had a deviated septum surgery done with Dr. Shiley. During the process he took care of some sinus issues. He was such a wonderful and caring surgeon that I had minimum issues post-op. He called regularly to check up on me, scheduled regular follow-up visits and took care of all post-op cleanings very carefully! He is the best surgeon I have ever met!
