I tried to return a suit that has never been worn with the tag still on it including receipt and all I wanted was a store credit or exchange. The cashier told me store manager is not in the store so asked me come again next day before 6 pm.I went the next day she was very rude and refused to give me store credit or exchange but took my contact and told me she will check with corporate about my return but she never contacted me. I called couple of times in the next 2 weeks. Today she told me in a very rude way that she cannot help me. It was a very frustrating experience. Now I find myself with an expensive suit that I cannot use it.
