The technician (Andrew) called me when he was supposed to and gave me an arrival window. He came within that time and was courteous upon arrival. He diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me my options and pricing for the part that needed replacement. He ordered the part while he was at my home and told me that it would be about 5 business days. Thank you, Andrew.

Would give zero stars if I could. Dishwasher was not draining. Called and had a diagnostic. Was told my hose was plugged and needed a new one. It would be $90, plus labour plus the $150 I paid for the diagnostic. I said no thank you as a hose is $15 at Home Depot. I pulled my dishwasher out to change the hose and found two cherry pits, CLEAR AS DAY, in a clear plastic piece that water moves through on side of dishwasher. Couldn’t have been more obvious. Removed the pits and the dishwasher works like brand new. Wouldn’t these guys. I paid $150 for nothing.

Service was pretty good - diagnosed the problem with the fridge correctly and fixed it first time (not always the case with appliance repair I’ve found). It was also less than the cost of a new appliance which ALSO is not always the case. I would have appreciated a bit more communication; I was just told ‘it should take 1-2 days for the part’ but heard nothing for a week. Otherwise it was great, and I afree inspecting the repair it was running great; also liked the instant receipt service.
