Living at Scandia Knolls has been great. The manager is genuine and the application was really easy. I've only had to call for maintenance two times and they sent someone to the apartment within 20 minutes and it was fixed on the spot. The rent is a fair price for the area (hard to find) and it's easily paid through an online portal. The apartments are located pretty much at the center of Poulsbo. You can get to downtown in under five minutes. The apartment itself is nice and has an open floor plan with the living/kitchen area. Would definitely recommend.
