This is my second semester working as a mentor for the pharmacy technician certification program students at NOCE. I am very grateful for this wonderful opportunity, along with the fact that it allowed me to be part of the SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union. I want to show much appreciation and acknowledgement to Anabel. Anabel was the specialist who helped me set up my shares with SchoolsFirst. Anabel was extremely kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and diligent while she provided me with excellent member service. Thank you, Anabel, for making my first experience SchoolsFirst a great one! Also, manager Karina, who initially verified the documentation I brought in was okay to use while a different representative was hesitant to do so, came to see me off after my meeting with Anabel. Karina also has great energy and treated me kindly, professionally, and respectfully. I appreciated the fact she came over and introduced herself, welcoming me to SchoolsFirst, and letting me know to provide any feedback. Thank you, Anabel and Karina, you're great! Keep up the awesome work helping our learning communities and their families! I appreciate you!
In my most recent visit, I took my mom to open up her own account with SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in Anaheim. I was very kindly welcomed and checked in by Anabel. She remembered helping me previously and made sure things were well with myself. Karina also came over to say hi and check in with me during our check in process, while I introduced my mom to them. It was nice to see them both. Thank you, Anabel and Karina!
After waiting for only a couple minutes, we were kindly greeted by Elian. Elian was attentive to my mom and the fact that he was bi-lingual in Spanish was a great asset during our meeting. Elian did a great job explaining the process of opening her account with SchoolsFirst and answering all her questions and providing great customer service when it came to the process. Elian asked if we were in a hurry to make sure there wasn't any appointment we might be missing. This was very thoughtful of him, as I did have appointments. I said no, because I did not want to rush him. Without much intervention from myself, my mom needs my help sometimes, Elian and my mom's conversation with opening her new account went very smoothly and efficiently. Thank you, Elian!
After Elian began finishing the process, Ed came over to check in with us and introduced himself. Ed wanted to know how everything went and if we needed anything else to let him know. Also, if in the future we needed anything as well, to let him know. Thank you for your time and consideration as well, Ed!
