Always great service. They, like all businesses these days, have cut down on their phone services. It's all computerized nowadays, so you always have to go through many steps to get an answer to a question. They will often ask for your phone number in order to call you back. They always will call you back. This is not like it used to be. You could get a real person to talk to you, so you could get your questions answered quickly. They are no different than all businesses these days, so this should not be held against them. It is to save money, so they don't have to hire people to answer your questions. This is still one of the best credit unions/banks around, and they are still the best I've ever dealt with.

Best banking experience ever. The perks of this credit union are unlike any I’ve ever seen & the staff here are the friendliest I’ve ever been a part of. Hands down, the best. 💯🥇Best interest rates too. Special shout out to Jordyn & Kyle. We have lived here less than a year & they have helped us multiple times already.
