I spoke to the worst customer service rep name Caleb R. I asked if Dr. Lee specializes in Crohn's disease? He told me, "I am not able to give out that information." I told him "I search on google and it says " he specializes in Crohn's. When I asked for clarification he than again told me " Well that's what google says but I'm not able to give out that information.
That's incorrect. I called Virgin Mason hospital and the rep was able to tell me that Dr.Kozarek does not specialize in Crohn's disease he specializes in Pancreatic cancer. This help me not waste my time making an appointment.
If I am switching GI doctors, why would I need a referral? On top of not being very knowledgable he was very rude.
Dr Scot Lee is a charismatic & outgoing dr. Ive always trusted his opinion with my Crohns disease. He never gave up on me! :) The only issue I have is trying to get a return call when I need to speak to his nurse. But I know they are busy there. I would truly recommend Dr Lee to anyone with Crohns disease.
