If you love your pet, don't take it here. It will be neglected. My bulldog died in their "care". Should not be bulldog certified. WINSTON, was left under their care and was dead 3 hours later. He was never checked up on till they were ready to groom him. By the time they called me he was swollen and stiff. He was only 4 years old. They called and told me to take the dog to the veterinarian when he had already passed away. You can see the before and after pics from taking him to scruffy to fluffy.

It doesn't matter if you have appointment or not, they seem to take all day. I had a 10am appt, was told pick up around 230 and when I came back at 245, she was just getting her bath. I was told to come back and pick her up at 330 cause they close at 4. You gonna tell me that for another 1.5 hour, they are going to get her and the appts AFTER her done?? Then why couldn't they have her ready by 12 or the 230 time? Sounds like they like to OVER book!!!! They started off being the BEST.....

I've been a customer of scruffy to fluffy for about 5 years... I've always enjoyed the service until about January. I wasn't upset when they raised the prices but it seems like the service went down. We didn't get pictures of our dogs (complimentary) and the new girls behind the desk are a bit snippy. The last time I went in there was a lady who was probably in her '70s struggling to get in and get through the gate and nobody jumped to help her.. I feel like before it was more of a family type of business and somebody would have gone to the door to help. I still go there but I am disappointed in the atmosphere.
The prices did go up so you might want to get a quote before just dropping off your dog. Nobody told me about the price increase until pickup and I didn't see any signs or anything.
