Small cottage with loft and outside deck with 2 chairs and table for outdoor eating. ||||Sleeping: Stairs to upper loft, where the queen bed sits, are steep and part of the railing was loose (Cabin 8) but comfortable sleep. The heat register is on the wall midway up so the heat rises and the sleeping area gets very warm so set the thermostat accordingly before you go to sleep. New digital thermostat was great.||||Kitchen: Salt and pepper were provided, along with a coffee maker and coffee supplies, but oil for cooking would have been a nice touch (PAM) as we forgot that in our grocery run. Nice fridge and kitchen. ||||Washer: The washer is actually a washer/dryer combo and although the instructions were left on the top of the unit (thank you) it isn't intuitive to use and takes a long time to wash and dry a single load.||||Parking: One parking spot per cabin right next to the unit, which was appreciated.||||Cleanliness/safety: Coded entry door made it safe for contactless entry and exit. Clean unit, other than the sheets left in the washer from the previous tenants that were still dirty. ||||Entertainment: Walking distance to many fun shops/things to do - and the cabin had a drawer of new board games. Nice touch, along with the tv. Previous tenant, I believe, didn't sign-out of their Netflix account so we had free Netflix. Tip: Sign out of your account when logging into a subscription tv service when traveling.||||Definitely recommend for a private unit where you can make your own meals and watch tv or play games after a fun day at the beach!

It certainly was clean and the cottage was nicely decorated. The outside area surrounding cottage has tall grass and weeds. Not a lot of curb appeal. Looks tired. The stairway up to main bedroom is not very safe and sleeping accommodations were Not comfortable at all . Back slider we opened and the screen fell off. The slider was also unlocked when we went to go out to deck. Minor annoyances were 1 ice cube tray, 1 ply toilet paper and only 2 coffees for use. We probably will not come back for a 2nd visit. From the pictures we were a bit disappointed.

This was a cute cottage with no real extras. It was very quiet and clean. It could have used a few extras in the kitchen besides coffee and salt and pepper. There were some utensils and pans for cooking. I think the real kicker was the $60 US cleaning fee that was added on at the end while paying on line with booking.com. Bit of a surprise, kind of made the stay not worth it.
