We connected with this company through our home warranty insurance.The technician didn't address all of the issues we had submitted. The fan is still not responding to the thermostat. I dont know that he even looked into that issue. He did, however, look at our cooling issue. We were told that the problem for not having cold air is due to an airflow issue.and probably a blockage in the ventilation/return airflow. Then he tells us that vents/ductwork clean out is not something that they "usually do". I'm not sure what that means. Do they or don't they?? The experience was just underwhelming and I felt like our time and money were wasted. The 2 stars is because they were prompt in scheduling and arriving to the appointment.

Shane(sp) was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered my questions with respect. After he left I found the freezer totally shut off and warm. I called him on the phone he had used. Got voicemail and no return call. Had to file another claim with my home warranty company. Frustrated!!!

Sergio was our technician and he was very efficient, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to do his best on our job. Thank you.
