Waited 20 minuets and just walked out because the gentleman did not great us and acted to ignore us. He was talking to a lady however the could have acknowledged our presence and said simply “be with you in a moment.” After the lady left he went into the back room and we waited for a little longer then left. So we were completely ignored but on the bright side got a better deal on the same washer at another store :)

We have a lawnmower that we bought 1 year ago and have been able to use it approximately 12 times as it continually breaks down. We are on our 4th transmission. We are getting no help to get our money back. We are getting no help from the owner to fix this issue. All they do is give us phone numbers. They are not our advocate, just want to sell products and then you are on your own. Will never buy from Sears again. Wait time for parts and repair are over 1 month time. This is horrid!!
