They know there isn’t much to choose from on the peninsula, and the customer service shows it. I purchased online knowing what I wanted. A week later a received an email that the dryer I ordered was not actually in stock in the store, it was. So I went in, purchased the one that “wasn’t in stock” off the showroom floor. When I asked about the original purchase being on sale I was told, “well, can’t go back in time, that’s the price today.” Should have gone to Home Depot!!
Edit: this review doesn’t include the headache of going thru a dispute with sears. I was charged for both dryers, so I disputed it. I actually got a message saying, “ I distinctly remember you picking this dryer up, so we really need to discuss this dispute.” So then I called, talked with a manager, was told I’d get a calL back. Never did, I called and left a message for a call back. Nothing!! Worst customer service.
