This store should be shut down. They take items in for repairs and "say" sears denied the repairs(ALMOST 4 MONTHS LATER). I got ahold of both sears and craftsman and they both do not have any history of a repair claim being filed with them from this store. This store does not even have a repair person on staff anymore, yet they are still taking in items for in-house repairs. This specific store is independently owned and you can tell it is circling the drain since they cannot keep employees. Sears needs to cut tie on this scam of a business. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE THINKING IT WILL BE ABLE TO BE WARRANTIED.

This is the same Sears that was higher up towards smokey point. Still the same bad service and customer care. We now refuse to give them any business. We had a small simple return, and because we missed the "30 day return" by one day they refused to help us out. They do NOT take care of their customers here.

Our freezer went out on a Monday and even though there was no delivery crew in the store until Tuesday, they went above and beyond to get me a new freezer before noon on Monday so we didn't lose our meat. Incredible customer service and great knowledge about how to switch things over safely and not lose a dime of food.
