They didn't ask me about which side I wanted the doors on and I totally forgot to ask about it, since I was very focused on getting my spoiling food back into refrigeration. When I got it home, I realized the doors were on the wrong side. So, I called the story back the very next day. The guy who answered the phone said I needed to call Sears Home Services, who in turn told me to call Sears Installation Services - who, when they learned I had picked the fridge up at the store, told me to call the store and they would assist me. Right. What a frigging run-around! Sears Sucks. When I called the store back, they didn't pick up and I got an automated message about their mailbox being full. Did I mention SEARS SUCKS?!
