New Store Manager is Phenomenal!!! Does a fantastic job explaining the products and letting us know what options are available!! Very pleased!! Especially now that the previous owner is gone things are alot smoother!!

Dont let the small old timey store from fool you. This Sears homestore is much larger on the inside and very well equipped to handle all your home needs. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very informative and not pushy to make a sale what so ever. They gave me facts and tried to make suggestions based on my needs and it was very refreshing. I will be returning to make future purchases.

Outstanding customer service. We bought a Laundry center, that was a tight fit. The guys used extreme care and diligence to get the washer/dryer installed. They were on time, and very professional. I was concerned that it wasn't going to fit, and the gentleman at the store said, "If it doesn't fit, we shall deliver the next size down for free". But of course, they made it work! Thank you so very much. I shall be back to Sears for any thing I need in the future. I trust them, and I know they won't rip me off.
