I contacted Wayne over the weekend, and he replied promptly to me even during his free time. I really appreciated how responsive he was towards my questions and requests, and he came over to give me a walkthrough consultation despite the late notice. I already had all the home theater equipment available and he was very knowledgeable about what the job I wanted entailed.

While I ended up going with someone else because I was on an extremely tight table, I’ll always appreciate Wayne’s promptness and professionalism in trying to help me out with my home theater system. I’d highly recommend him and I’d like to work together with him again in the near future.
