These guys were absolutely fantastic. It was one of those "should be quick" jobs that turned into a day-long slog because of some "surprises" hidden in the walls. They easily could've adjusted up the invoice given how much additional work there was, and they didn't even mention it.
Guys worked hard all day, left everything totally cleaned up, and even did a parallel cable run for a future AP that I'm planning to install myself. Highly recommended.

Was looking for a couple ethernet drops to be added in my home. At first Julian was rather responsive, and eventually we had Ryan scheduled to come out and see what could be done. At that visit, instead of doing any work at all, Ryan took a ton of pictures, charged me $148 on the spot, and said they'd get back to me with clear options. I waited days; nothing. I waited a week; nothing. I called Julian, didn't get through, left a message. Emailed Julian. He eventually called me, not understanding the situation; clearly there was some miscommunication between him and Ryan. They took a few more days to confer, and then Julian emailed me a quote of $800+ for two fairly standard wiring drops, with no clear reasoning on the price, and a lot of hand-waving. I expressed disappointment, and Julian seemed confused about why. I chose not to work with them after this experience. I'd recommend others look elsewhere.

Sent a lengthy email asking for a quote for what I needed and it was never replied to. Bad business practice to ignore customers.
