I was looking for rentals for at least three months. I was about to give up and live with relatives. That is exactly the time I found SPMI. In a mater of days they had me approved for a nice apartment. The team got me in, and I moved with confidence. I worked closely with them and they not only treated me with respect they dealt with me on every curve. If I needed something repaired or replaced, they handled it with speed and a courteous manor. They are professionals in every way. Hey Jodi!

Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. We arrived the day the keys were supposed to be handed over only to be told that the owner was going to be in the home for a few days doing repairs. So I asked where I was supposed to go I had already checked out of the hotel. Suzanne was trying to blame others for this mistake and tried giving us crocodile tears. We met with the owner and he told us that certain things were broken and I believed the property management knew about this. When we needed repairs we had to keep calling because they would forget to get repair orders going. Ladies at the front desk were rude and they weren’t very helpful. When we finally moved out I took pictures and they charged for ridiculous things such as replacing lightbulbs that DIDN’T need to be replaced. They charged about the bathrooms not being cleaned and I mentioned I had pictures but they didn’t care. Take your money elsewhere this place is a joke. They even messed up my lease renewal and I had to keep calling saying I had proof of only needing 6 months. Be careful and if you do use them make sure you take pictures when moving in and check every single thing because that’s also how they get you!
