Very disappointed with our stay and the amount of money we paid for what we received. The condo was very musty and old smelling. All the dishes were dirty with dried food stuck on almost every glass we pulled out of the cupboard. We could not open the window in the bedroom or see out of it. The bedroom AC unit had mold and squirted water when it was on. There were so many spider webs on the ceilings, lamps, and corners. Lots of fruit flies in the kitchen and bedroom. Our friends were in the unit above us and did not have a working washer and dryer.

We paid $25 a night for the locked boat storage. The second night we had the pins stolen from the swim deck and the last night we were there the amp was stolen. The amp was bolted to the boat and locked under the seat. Select Rentals was not helpful and would not give any refund for what we paid for the locked boat storage.

The only good thing was the grounds were kept nice and the location by the river.
