we called for a tow for a car that was undriveable after our teen got tboned. Selected Towing took payment up front said they would be there in 45-1 hour. Mind you we have a teenager on the side of the road with a car that cannot be moved. after 2 hours we called, no answer for nearly 20 minutes. then when the did answer they claimed the driver was with the teen and their car. We called the teen and they had been driven home and had left the car at the site of the accident. The driver/dispatcher flat out lied. who does that? sleezy operation. Now we need to see if they over charged us. ...

After loosing power heading west on 80 and a failed at. Are jump by a friend, I realized I needed a tow. Selected Towing had great reviews and I see why! I was given a 10-20 minute window, although he must have been nearby since it was more like 5 minutes. He was totally professional, and was covid-19 conscientious keeping his mask on the entire time. Keep in mind that my friend had to go and I needed a ride home. If I ever break down in the east bay south of hercules to oakland I'll definitely be calling selected towing again.

My alternator went out and me and my DAUGHTER WERE completely STUCK , I found this tow company and they were so helpful from scheduling for the truck , even to when they seen me and my baby walking they came and picked us up , they were so helpful and nice they towed my car and helped with everything EXCEPT for being a lil pricey I barley went anywhere and it was almost 200 and they didn't put the bolt back In the front of the car
