Paddle face on my power air was pretty much smooth from playing at least 3 times a week . I filed a warranty claim and the warranty department contacted me immediately and sent me a bran new paddle . Now that’s a great company!! . I’m a Selkirk guy 100 percent .

Selkirk is second to none in customer service and with their warranties on their paddles. They seem to be more on top of it than some of their biggest competitors when it comes to warranties and resolving issues in a timely manner. I am happy to support Selkirk for many years to come as they continue expanding the sport! I hope they continue to develop and push the envelope with their paddles

Great Customer Service: I decided to upgrade my Selkirk paddle. I ordered online my new paddle and a pickleball equipment bag directly from Selkirk. Unfortunately FedEx did not follow delivery instructions and left my package in a place that allowed it to be stolen. I called Selkirk and connected with a friendly rep. He told me he would resend the order for free. To prevent it being stolen again he worked with me to identify and check with an alternate FedEx shipping location to find out out whether they would accept and hold my order. Then he contacted me directly to let me know my replacement order was initiated and that it was being sent to my preferred location (across the street). Wonderful service. Can't wait to try my new paddle.
