Olivia at this location is AMAZING! She helped me find my perfect shade of foundation after I’ve spent YEARS of mixing and matching the wrong colors. She walked around with me and tried almost a dozen different shades on me. She wouldn’t quit until she found the right one. Love her!!!!

Very disappointed. I have zero experience with make up, I walked to the lady at the front for help, first able she was on the phone, then she seem bother that I ask for help, and then wasn’t helpful at all! I tell her I don’t know about make up and she insist on me telling her which brand I wanted, which I didn’t know because I DONT KNOW ABOUT MAKE UP AND THATS WHY I WAS THERE. All the 30 min I spend on the store, she did nothing but being on the phone. When I told the cashier lady, she didn’t seem too concern about it, so terrible experience over all. Never coming back, unless is to give back one the products that I blindly bought.

Mean girl energy.
the staff there think that they are on a high pedestal and that we the customers are an inconvenience. I went in there, was just looked at up and down, they wouldn’t take their eyes off of me, I felt uncomfortable. I went in to return product and a store associate so rudely asked if I knew I could only use store credit in store… of course I knew that. Couldn’t even browse comfortably.. I’ll be going to the Sephora at SUMMIT. Where they are friendly, helpful & kind. 🩷
